4.2 Restored Files
Restored digital files created through our services are provided for your personal use. You may print, share with family members, and use the files for personal heritage preservation purposes. Commercial use of restored files requires separate written agreement.

5.2 Payment Schedule
Payment terms are specified in the service agreement. Typical arrangements include deposit upon project confirmation and balance upon completion. Full payment is required before delivery of restored files and return of original photographs.
5.3 Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel projects before work begins with full refund of deposits. Once restoration work has commenced, cancellations may result in charges for work completed to that point. Specific cancellation terms are outlined in individual service agreements.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
6.1 Service Disclaimers
Photo restoration services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we employ professional techniques and exercise reasonable care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for damaged photographs. Results depend on original condition, and some damage may be beyond restoration capabilities.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claims arising from services provided is limited to the fees paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or emotional damages, including sentimental value of photographs. We maintain appropriate insurance but encourage clients to maintain their own insurance for valuable or irreplaceable photographs.
6.3 Photograph Handling
We exercise reasonable care in handling original photographs but are not responsible for pre-existing damage, inherent material deterioration, or loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, theft, or force majeure events). Clients assume risk for condition of photographs during transport to and from our facility.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client photographs and personal information. Family photographs and restoration projects are treated as private client matters. We do not display, share, or use client photographs for marketing purposes without explicit written permission. See our Privacy Policy for comprehensive information about data handling practices.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Informal Resolution
In the event of disputes or concerns about services, we encourage direct communication with our team. Most issues can be resolved through good-faith discussion and mutual understanding. We are committed to fair resolution of any service concerns.
8.2 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
8.3 Mediation
Prior to formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation administered by an appropriate Singapore mediation service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements according to terms specified in individual project contracts. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements if clients violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behavior toward our staff.
Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment for work completed, and we will return original photographs according to agreed procedures.
10. General Provisions
10.1 Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and individual service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Time Craft regarding use of our services.
10.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
10.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
